After 13 successful years of the concept “Carte Blanche Chef’s table “, it is time for a change!
The fast-changing environment of dining is moving us in a new direction; therefore, we feel the need to adapt to the new movement of dining.
More flexibility……., Multiple options……, Various choices…., and much more…....
After all, we are the “Originals”!
This means that Carte Blanche is stepping away from our Chef’s table with a set 5 course dinner menu.
Now we will offer our patrons the possibility to create their own multi course menu or to enjoy “a la carte” at their own table in an outdoor beautiful cozy garden setting with limited seating.
Chef/Owner Dennis and “Chef de Cuisine” Ries will create a unique compact menu on a weekly basis of international dishes ranging from vegetarian/vegan to seafood, pasta, poultry, pork or steaks.
Feel free to take advantage of our wine pairing suggestions by the glass, or simply pick a lovely bottle from our exclusive wine list.
